BizCoach Manitoba is a non-profit organization that provides business mentoring services to qualifying Manitoba small businesses. The mentoring is delivered by volunteers from the business community who have one thing in common…the desire to see you succeed.

BizCoach Manitoba provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to seek guidance from experienced business owners on the many facets of business including, but not limited to:

The Mentoring Program

• The mentoring consists of mutually agreed meetings between the mentors and the program participants, with a minimum of one meeting per month.
• Prior to each mentoring session, the participant must provide an agenda outlining the issues and topics to be discussed during the meeting. This will enable to mentor to prepare for the meeting.
• Minutes of the meeting must be submitted to the Executive Director by the mentee following the mentoring session.
• The mentoring program can cover a period from one to twelve months depending on your needs.
