The Mentoring  Program


BizCoach Manitoba provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to seek guidance from experienced business owners on the many facets of business including, but not limited to:

•Start-up

•Growth and Expansion

•Marketing

•Business Succession

•Access to Capital

•Financial Management

•Sales

•Human Resource Management


Once your application has been received, we will review your application and meet with you to discuss your  business needs.   Once a mentor has been identified, an initial meeting between the applicant, mentor and  a BizCoach representative will be conducted to review the business model and current issues.


The mentoring then begins with a series of monthly meetings:

  1. The mentoring consists of mutually agreed meetings between the mentors and the program

   participants, with a minimum of one meeting per month.


  1. Prior to each mentoring session, the participant should provide an agenda outlining the issue

  and topics to be discussed during the meeting. This will enable to mentor to prepare for the

  meeting.


  1. The mentoring program can cover a period from one to twelve months depending on your needs.
